Shipments cannot be sent with handwritten labels. Please fill out the online forms ahead of time via this link and present your reference number at the counter upon shipment.

Special Club rates are available only when the "shipper" is a Member and items are sent from the Club to destinations outside Japan.
The Money-Back Guarantee Policy* does not apply to shipments using the Member discount from the FedEx counter at the Club.
