Cancellation of Studio Classes
While the Studio is being used as a temporary men's locker room from July 1 to August 31, the following classes will be not be held:
- Salsa, (Monday, 10:45–11:30am)
- RPM (Tuesday, 11:15am–12pm)
- Shaolin Kung Fu (Tuesday, 12:30–1:30pm)
- Flow Yoga (Tuesday, 7–8pm)
- Karate Fitness (Thursday, 8:15–9pm)
- Vinyasa Yoga (Saturday, 10–11am)
Kombucha Brewery Tokyo Tasting
Sample two varieties of locally produced kombucha at this two-day event.
Founded in 2021 in the heart of Shibuya by editor-turned-brewmaster Kana Yabuuchi, Kombucha Brewery Tokyo (KBT) is a small-batch kombucha brand known for its purity, transparency and elegant character.
Each bottle is brewed to order, using only carefully sourced teas, organic sugars and naturally occurring fermentation cultures. The result? A kombucha that shares the complexity of natural wine, with layered umami, soft effervescence and a refreshing, acetic finish.
A delicious way to support gut health, kombucha is perfect in the morning or as a nonalcoholic option to enjoy at the end of the day.
Tasting is complimentary, and bottles will be available for purchase during the event—a rare opportunity, as KBT's kombucha is typically available only through preorder in Japan.
