What will I learn in this class?
This Latin-based exercise is embraced by millions across the world. The rhythms of the music combined with simple-to-follow dance steps make this workout feel like a party.

What are the benefits of this class?
Founded by Colombian dancer and choreographer Beto Pérez in 2001, Zumba is a great, all-body fitness program that boosts heart health, burns fat, tones muscle, improves coordination, destresses and leaves dancers with an endorphin high.

Who will teach this class?
Alejandra Blanco (pictured) has been teaching Zumba since 2013. She also specializes in bachata, salsa, merengue, belly dance and samba.

Cancellations

  • To cancel a booking, Members must contact the Recreation Desk at least 24 hours before the class.
  • Members who fail to cancel at least 24 hours before their class will be charged ¥1,320.
  • No-shows will be charged ¥1,320.
