During the wine dinner, you'll be able to sample one of the wine world's rare gems, the Pott Wine 20m3 Viognier, as well as three superlative Cabernet Sauvignons from Seven Stones, which are known for their rich complexity.
Complementing the wines being served will be a lineup of flavorful creations (see menu below) curated by the 51 East team, and throughout the meal, Pott will share insights and stories about the wines being served and the features of the terroirs from which they come.
