What will I learn in this class?
Students tackle the basics of bodyweight training including squats, hip thrusts, push-ups and crunches. Every session brings clarity to the importance of form, ensuring that each exercise is performed to maximize benefits and minimize risks. This methodical approach helps build a sturdy foundation for future fitness challenges.

Who will teach this class?
Takuma Shutou, a certified strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, combines motivation with a deep understanding of physical fitness. His specialties lie in bodybuilding, muscle mass development and effective weight-loss and diet management strategies.
