From the winemaker: “This is an eminently quaffable 50/50 blend of Picpoul and Chardonnay that is beautifully well knit, fresh, and very easy to drink. Produced from organic grapes in a ‘hands off’ style of winemaking, the wine is wonderfully approachable and shows great purity and freshness.”

From the winemaker: “The nose is expansive, complex, and elegant. Guava, orange blossom, and lime zest combine to give a lifted yet refined aromatic experience. The wine begins broadly in the palate, seeking all available tastebuds, and then expands further with notes of passionfruit, ripe pepper, and candied lemon rind throughout the mouthfeel.”
