Learn the Traditional Practice of Furoshiki Wrapping

Discover Japanese culture and wisdom as you learn various ways to wrap with a furoshiki.


In this class, you can practice gift and bottle wrapping, which are perfect for holiday gifts, and find out how a furoshiki bag can be used in daily life.

You will also receive a small- and medium-sized furoshiki to use at home.

Instructor
Junko Tsutsumi has been giving lectures and workshops on Japanese culture in Japan and internationally for many years. She graduated from the University of Tokyo and enjoys sharing her love for her culture with locals, visitors and expats. She is an expert on furoshiki, the traditional wrapping cloth of Japan.
