Launching a New Club Experience

Updates on the new Club management system.

The Northstar system represents a significant upgrade to the processes and procedures that the Club uses. As our staff rapidly gets up to speed with these changes, we ask Members to be understanding during this exciting transition phase.

Following on the successful launch of Northstar on September 1, Members will be able to use the Club's new website from September 16. The mobile app will be released a few weeks afterwards.

The new platform will be launching on September 1, which will be followed by the unveiling of a new website in early September and the mobile app later in the month.

The Club is excited to announce that the launch of its new, much-anticipated Club management system is now underway.

The system is a major transformation that will make how the Club is managed, provides services, and interacts with Members even better. Developed in collaboration with Northstar Technologies Inc., a global leader in private club management software and technology that serves over 1,000 clubs around the world, it will bring everything Members do—from dining and events to fitness, billing, and communications—into an easy-to-use, integrated whole.

"This change will affect everything: how we work behind the scenes, how we communicate with you, and how you access Club services. Whether you’re booking a class, checking your statement, ordering food, or browsing Club events, your experience will soon feel more intuitive, responsive, and connected,” said project manager Suranga Hettige.

In addition, a new Club website will be unveiled in early September, and a mobile app later in the month. 

During this transition, we will share various communications, including emails, signage, in-person and online tutorials, information sessions, and direct staff engagement, to ensure that every member feels confident in navigating the new tools.
