Book Lovers’ Group with Karen Hill Anton

The Club’s band of bibliophiles discusses A Thousand Graces, the debut novel by Karen Hill Anton.

The novel follows the journey of Chie Uchida, a young woman from a farming family in 1970s Japan, as she navigates societal expectations and personal aspirations. Anton, who previously visited the Club in 2021 for a TAC Talk, will be discussing her book and signing copies.

For the best experience, it is recommended that attendees read A Thousand Graces in advance. There will be copies available for sale prior to the event at the Library and during the event.

Open to all Members, the Book Lovers’ Group meets once a month to discuss a particular title and share their own recommended reads.
