Umami takes center stage at this summer’s most flavorful mixer.

Whether you're into savory cocktails or just looking to try something unexpected, this edition of the Nihonbashi Mixer brings a bold Japanese twist to the evening.

The event will feature the Muromachi Bloody Mary, a savory cocktail crafted with Hakusui shochu, Ninben Katsuo Dashi, tomato juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, and katsuobushi salt and pepper. Sponsored by Ninben—purveyors of authentic Japanese taste for over 300 years—this experience also includes the Umami Fizz mocktail, a refreshing blend of Ninben Katsuo Dashi, yuzu honey, and soda. Attendees can also enjoy other assorted beverages and tasty tapas.

Hosted in the Muromachi Lounge, this regular event is a chance for Members to meet, mingle and expand their social circle.
