Sample the unique, flavorful brews from five breweries and importers (see below) before rating your favorite.
The beer with the most votes from the lineup will then take up “pump” residence at Traders’ Bar and Nihonbashi’s Muromachi Bar & Lounge for three months.
Beer enthusiasts will get to learn about each frothy concoction between visits to the buffet of brew-paired tapas, including secret wagyu burgers, snow-aged maple smoked bacon pinchos, and crispy yam frites.
And for those looking to take their taste buds to the next level, a special VIP selection featuring top brews, such as Trillium IPA from New England and Ruse Brewing Hazy IPA from Oregon, will be available.
