Start exploring the Club online through this step-by-step guide to setting up your profile and enjoying some of the website's key, new features.
Members (and now spouse Members) should log in to the new Club site to take full advantage of all the new features.
By logging in, you can sign up for events, shop for wine, view your monthly statements, connect with other Members, search the new business directory and much more.
Current Members' accounts, including passwords, have been migrated from the old site. The only difference is that you have to add your complete Membership number (including the "-00" for primary Members and "-SP" for spouse Members).
Spouse Members with a registered e-mail address have received an e-mail with their log-in details. If you did not receive this e-mail, please contact the Membership Office for your log-in details.
Click "Member login" at the top right of the website. Use the "Forgot your password or username" function to retrieve log-in details.
To fully enjoy the site, be sure to update your profile. Start by clicking My Account in the top-right corner and selecting Edit Profile from the drop-down menu. Fill in your details and set the privacy level for a more personalized experience.
Update the Company section to allow other Members to find you in the new business directory.
Check particular Interest Tags in the About You section to allow the site to show you more events and programs that may be of interest to you.
Check your latest six Member account statements online by going to My Account in the top right of the screen and clicking My Statements.
Your new statement will be available to view online each month.
It’s now easier than ever to register yourself and your family for the Club's huge variety of events and programs.
Simply go to the Event Calendar at the top left of the screen and click the Sign Up button for the event of your choice. The site will automatically fill out some of the details, so long as you have updated your profile. Just fill out the remaining details and click Complete Registration.
Register a family member or guest before clicking Complete Registration by clicking the Add Now button. Enter the relevant details one by one (clicking Add after each), before clicking Complete Registration when you've finished.
Can’t find your family members in the drop-down menu? Just contact the Membership Office for help.
The exciting, new social network feature allows Members to interact with one other in much the same way as they would with Facebook or LinkedIn.
Find friends in the Member Directory under the My Account drop-down menu or look for a Member in a particular industry or business through the Business Directory.
Logged-in Members can access the new wine shop (under Dining in the main menu).
