Cardio tennis is an exciting group activity for any playing level looking for a fun way to burn calories and interact with others out of the traditional gym setting.
Cardio tennis is a high energy fitness class that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardio vascular exercise, delivering a great full body, calorie-burning aerobic workout.

Who will be teaching the class?
Cory Grove is the head tennis professional at the Krissman International Tennis School.
He is a certified cardio tennis coach, and is also certified by USPTA/PTR and the Tennis Industry of America.
