Keeping Your Club Safe: Club Weekend Closure

Keeping Your Club Safe: Club Weekend Closure |
|
Dear Member,
Following today’s appeal by the Tokyo government for people to once again remain at home on the weekend, the Board of Governors has decided to close the Club for a second weekend.
While we originally opted to keep the Club open this Saturday and Sunday, based on this afternoon's request, we decided that it was in the best interests of Members, staff and the wider Tokyo community if we temporarily closed the facility.
We apologize if you had planned on visiting the Club this weekend, but we believe this is the most prudent response to this evolving situation.
Right now, we plan to reopen the Club at the usual time of 5:45am on Monday, April 6.
From next week, you are strongly encouraged to practice, wherever possible, social distancing of at least 2 meters while at the Club.
Thank you for your understanding and please be sure to check for updates on the Keeping Your Club Safe webpage.
Stay safe.
