Who will teach this class?
Mio Josephine Yamashita (pictured) is a Les Mills-qualified Bodypump instructor, Nesta-accredited functional training specialist, Spinning-certified level-1 instructor and Spin Power instructor, Adidas-accredited gym and run instructor and a registered teacher of yoga. She holds a degree in sports science from Juntendo University, where she was a sprinter on the track and field team. Yamashita also teaches Spin Blast each Monday evening and Sunday morning.
