Chef’s Table with Grace Choy: Session 1

A masterclass in Chinese cuisine.


What will I learn in this class?
Expand your boundaries of Cantonese cuisine with an intimate look into the techniques of one of the fastest rising stars in the Chinese cooking world.

In this class, students will join Grace Choy in preparing an authentic, Cantonese-inspired meal accented by Choy's recipes and her personal take on Hong Kong's favorite XO sauce. Students will spend roughly two hours observing and replicating Choy’s techniques followed by dinner.

Who teaches this class?
Grace Choy is a world-renowned chef who recently opened ChoyChoy Kitchen in Aobadai. Born in Hong Kong and raised around Cantonese cooking, Choy took the plunge to open her own restaurant in Hong Kong in 2011 after a career in the corporate world. That restaurant was named among the top 10 hidden private kitchens by CNN in 2016. Choy is a regular face on Hong Kong television.
