What will I do in this class?
Through resistance exercises, augmented by such tools as aqua dumbbells, kick boards and noodles, and a variety of swim drills, participants enjoy a high-tempo, full-body workout without ever leaving the water.

What are the benefits of this class?
Aqua Fitness Advanced provides a high-intensity cardiovascular workout and strengthens muscles thanks to the natural resistance of the water. Since the water supports the body, there is less burden on joints and a lower chance of injury. 

Who will teach this class?
Swim Australia-certified coach and veteran Sky Pool instructor Bennie Edriansyah leads swimmers through these high-intensity morning workouts.
