Bootcamp

Looking to really test yourself physically and mentally?

What will I learn in this class?
Bootcamp combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with functional exercises for a full-body workout. Students will learn proper movement technique to enhance the effects of different exercises on the body. This class makes use of such tools as kettlebells, dumbbells and exercise bars.

What are the benefits of this class?
Students build strength, power, body composition and aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Over time, they will see their overall fitness and mental fortitude hit new heights.

Who will teach this class?
American Jake Swindal (pictured) is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and personal trainer with a passion for trail running, triathlons, obstacle races and CrossFit.

“Fitness in itself is not always about fitness,” he says. “Reasons change from day to day. It could be about weight loss, starting something new, creating a routine, alleviating stress, bettering your health or setting an example. But doing something physically hard every day will help you develop a mindset to achieve your desired goal.”
