What will I learn in this class?
Bootcamp combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with functional exercises for a full-body workout. Students will learn proper movement technique to enhance the effects of different exercises on the body. This class makes use of such tools as kettlebells, dumbbells and exercise bars.
What are the benefits of this class?
Students build strength, power, body composition and aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Over time, they will see their overall fitness and mental fortitude hit new heights.
Who will teach this class?
Yuka Koizumi (pictured) is a certified POP Pilates instructor with experience designing and leading trampoline cardio workouts, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions and stretching classes. She is also a personal trainer. She graduated from Tokai University.
