Koji Yoshida started his career as an acupuncturist and massage therapist, specializing in core training and muscle-mass development. With qualifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association and as a Japanese licensed acupuncturist and certified clinical Japanese massage therapist, his classes focus on each student's individual needs, ensuring a personalized blend of support and advancement.
