Who will teach this class?
Luiz Olimpio (pictured) has been practicing yoga since 1999. He trained in India with the nonprofit Yoga Alliance and leads regular meditation retreats in the Kanto area. He is certified in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy through Harvard Medical School.
Luiz also holds certifications in personal training, glute specialization and bodybuilding, offering a grounded and compassionate mind-body approach to personal growth and self-care.
