Learn yoga techniques designed to increase energy maintain physical and mental balance.
What are the benefits of this class?
Students improve strength and mobility and test themselves with instructor support to achieve poses previously thought difficult. Modifications to basic poses add an extra challenge to broaden participants’ limitations.
Who will teach this class?
Luiz Olimpio has been practicing yoga since 1999. He has trained in India with the nonprofit Yoga Alliance and holds regular meditation retreats in the Tokyo area and across Japan.
