Whether you’re planning an intimate dinner for two or a get-together with friends or colleagues, this limited-time menu will ensure a memorable occasion for all.

Following a welcome glass of Closerie des Lys sparkling wine, diners will savor courses of gravlax, white asparagus blanc-manger and shrimp ravioli or chilled spring cabbage potage.

Dinner continues with a main course selection of pan-roasted snapper, black Angus tenderloin, grilled chicken breast and prime rib and concludes with iced citrus crème brûlée.

A meal to welcome spring in style.
