The Club is dedicated to providing a safe and pleasant dining experience and will—as much as reasonably possible—accommodate the food allergies and dietary needs of Members and guests.
In our efforts to inform diners about the ingredients used in dishes, our menus include references to seven major allergen groups and dietary considerations:

Since we prepare and handle allergen-free items in a common kitchen environment, we cannot guarantee that allergens are not introduced inadvertently during food preparation.
For example, if wheat flour is present in the air, it could be mixed with other ingredients.
Due to the conditions described, we are unable to guarantee that items served are completely allergen-free and, therefore, we may not be able to accommodate diners with severe allergies.
