Disaster Awareness Day

If a large earthquake struck tomorrow, would you know how to look after yourself and your family?

What about if a fire broke out in your apartment building?

At this annual, information-packed afternoon with the first responders of the Azabu Fire Department, pick up life-saving tips and learn how to prepare for the worst.

Organized by the Club’s Culture, Community & Entertainment Committee, the outdoor, family-friendly event features an earthquake simulator, a fire truck, automated external defibrillator (AED) and fire extinguisher demonstrations and a chance for kids to handle a fire hose.

Useful emergency information packs in English will also be available.
