Weight-Loss Challenge

February is the graveyard of New Year’s weight-loss resolutions.

This year, let the Club fitness pros help you stay motivated on the road to a leaner, fitter frame.

With the Fitness Center’s Weight-Loss Challenge, trainers will guide and support you through 10 weeks of weigh-ins and one-hour workout sessions.

Following an initial consultation, a trainer will craft a workout program tailored to your fitness level and lifestyle.

At the end of the challenge, besides feeling and looking healthier, the Member who loses the most weight in each of the male and female categories will win a one-hour treatment at The Spa.

Put 2020 behind you and discover a 2021 of wellness.
