Discover meditation through movement in this low-impact yet invigorating class. Transition through different postures with silken movements coordinated with deep abdominal breathing techniques to establish or strengthen a body-mind connection.

Improve health, destress and increase physical and mental vitality by refining and developing more energy through consistent movements and corrected posture.

Who will teach this class?
Aaron Bridge has been practicing Shaolin kung fu and qigong since 2001. He started teaching in 2007 at Shaolin Temple UK in North London. The 3rd dan blackbelt has also taught at the Shaolin Combat School in Henan, China and is now based in Tokyo, Japan.
