Learn the basics of intense strength training and aerobic exercise.

What are the benefits of this class?

Get a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance. Every workout is varied to keep students engaged and sessions require little equipment. The high-intensity workouts also help students bond as they
push each other to be better.

Who will teach this class?

Wiwik Hidayati is a National Strength and Conditioning Association-certified trainer and Les Mills-qualified instructor of RPM, Body Step, Body Attack, Body Combat and Body Pump workout programs.

 

  • Tuesday: 10:30–11:30am
  • Thursday: 10:45–11:45am
