Boot Camp

Boot camp is designed to push participants harder than they would push themselves.


What will I learn in this class?

Boot camp workouts can vary but generally include a moderate to intense mix of strength training and aerobic elements.


What are the benefits of this class?

The goal of a fitness boot camp is to provide a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance. Boot camp workouts are often more challenging and varied than normal workouts and they require little to no special equipment.


Who will teach this class?
Wiwik Hidayati is a National Strength and Conditioning Association-certified instructor and personal trainer at the Club. He specializes in weight management, muscle-mass development, flexibility, sports performance and core training. He is also qualified in several Les Mills workout programs.
