Summer Truffle Fair

Savor the intense, garlicky aroma and earthy flavor of Italian truffles in June.

Highly prized by chefs, the truffle was referred to as “the diamond of the kitchen" by the French gourmand and writer Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin.

Throughout the month, Members can enjoy Italy's summer variety in a range of dishes at American Bar & Grill and Traders’ Bar:

  • Wild mushroom and truffle tagliolini pasta: ¥2,250 (lunch in American Bar & Grill)
  • Add freshly shaved truffles and porcini-truffle butter to any steak set: ¥500 (lunch at American Bar & Grill)
  • Lobster and shaved truffle risotto: ¥2,300 (dinner at American Bar & Grill)
  • The Forager Pizza: wild mushroom, fungi cream sauce, shaved truffles, mozzarella and grana padano cheese: ¥2,300 (dinner at Traders' Bar)
  • Truffle and lobster frittata with mushrooms and a baby gem salad with truffle vinaigrette: ¥2,270 (weekend brunch at American Bar & Grill)
