Introduction to Qigong

Discover the wellness benefits of the ancient Chinese practice of qigong at a free session with experienced Shaolin qigong instructor Aaron Bridge.


Students will learn how qigong brings balance and vitality to body and mind through meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises.

Similar to tai chi, qigong is designed to destress, strengthen limbs, boost energy and improve overall health.

Ahead of launching his qigong group class at the Club, Bridge will introduce novices to the philosophy and basics of this millennia-old exercise and healing technique.

Bridge hosted an online session as part of last year’s series of My Club at Home videos.
