Club leaders update Members on a proposed deal to refinance the Club's loan.
Club Representative Governor Jesse Green, Refinance Task Force chair John Durkin and Club treasurer Rune Sølvsteen will be on hand to explain the proposed agreement with the Club's current lender, SMBC.
Members are free to drop by the Winter Garden and find out more ahead of a Board of Governors vote on March 24.
The rigorously negotiated loan terms offer a number of new benefits, including a slightly lower interest rate from 2026; greater flexibility for repayment and term extension; the establishment of a fund for Club improvements and maintenance; and the elimination of the bank’s annual cash sweep, providing the Club with more control over its finances.
