Become a mixology master with the help of a Muromachi Bar pro.
Hosted on the final Tuesday of each month at the Nihonbashi Club’s centerpiece bar, each hands-on session features a different signature cocktail.
During June’s hourlong workshop, Members will learn how to make a cocktail from the golden age of hotel bars.
The Queen’s Park Swizzle is a tall rum concoction named after the hotel in Trinidad where it was created in the 1920s. Victor Bergeron, the American founder of the restaurant chain Trader Vic’s, once famously referred to it as “the most delightful form of anesthesia given out today.”
After mixing, shaking and stirring for themselves, Members receive a printed recipe so they can start concocting at home.
