When it comes to workout advice, longtime Club trainer Yuko Furuya knows what she’s talking about.
With a degree in kinesiology and experience working as a physical therapist in the United States, she is equipped with the knowledge to help clients—whether they’re high school athletes at the top of their game or nervous newcomers to the Fitness Center—reach their goals.
A qualified athletic trainer, personal trainer and Pilates instructor, Furuya specializes in body shaping and toning, injury prevention and rehabilitation, and Pilates in its various forms.
