American pianist Kevin McHugh and his band return to keep the dance floor hopping, while Club chefs serve up a smorgasbord of palate-pleasing fare, including Hokkaido scallop carpaccio, succulent wagyu beef, salmon en croute and Niigata snow-aged pork terrine.
