The Club is hosting a fun day of learning and cultural exchange with young learners from Miharu, Fukushima.
After an entire year of improving their English skills, the kids are eager to impress Members and Club kids with their engaging and creative presentations.
When the speeches end, the laughter-filled bowling competition begins. As they chase strikes and spares, every tumble of the pins brings the kids a new wave of excitement and creates lasting friendships.
This fun-filled day serves to reaffirm the strong ties between the Club and Miharu, home of the Akita clan who once owned the Azabudai clubhouse’s land. The Club remains dedicated in its support for Fukushima’s education and tourism in the wake of the Tohoku disaster.
