At March's hands-on workshop, budding mixologists shake and stir their way to the perfect Amaretto Sour, a delicious blend of Italian amaretto, bourbon, bitters, syrup, lemon juice and egg white.

Hosted on the final Tuesday of each month at the Nihonbashi Club’s centerpiece bar, each Cocktail Hour features a different concoction.

After mastering the tools and techniques of a mixologist, Members receive the recipe to help them hone their bartender skills at home.
