Never stepped in the Fitness Center before? Unsure about how best to use a particular exercise machine?


Learn how to master the Fitness Center’s machines, including the new Matrix equipment, through free introductory sessions.

With separate workshops for men and women, each 45-minute guide will focus on a different set of cardio or strength-training machines and include a full explanation and demonstration.

Each session is limited to three Members.
