Who will teach this class?
Ayano Kimura is a National Strength and Conditioning Association-certified personal trainer and focuses on comprehensive health and wellness. Her expertise spans across body toning, weight management and boosting flexibility. Additionally, Kimura is a recognized health and beauty food adviser and a coordinator certified by the Japan Medical Herb Association, offering a multifaceted approach to fitness and health improvement.
