The celebrity chef brings a "new-type" washoku meal to the VIP space, paired with outstanding sakes.


Kimio Nonaga, an Iron Chef champion and regular in Japanese media, has amassed an impressive fan base, many of whom make the pilgrimage to his celebrated restaurant Nihonbashi Yukari to experience his modern take on traditional Japanese cuisine.

At an exclusive dinner in the Nihonbashi Club's 1673 space, Members can enjoy his innovative culinary creations for themselves.

To accompany the dishes that highlight the diversity of foodways across Japan, a selection of sakes from Nagai Shuzo will be paired with each course, making for an exquisite epicurean evening.
