Kawagoe Narita-san Market Tour

Pay a visit to a celebrated monthly market in “Little Edo.”

Begin the day as you arrive in the picturesque, history-steeped town of Kawagoe in Saitama Prefecture. Then make your way to the shrine and temple complex of Narita-san Kawagoe Betsu-in.

The highlight of the tour is Narita-san’s monthly antique sale, which features some 100 vendors and is known as one of the most famous flea markets in the Kanto region.

After some shopping, lunch at one of the market stalls or in one of the many charming restaurants in Kawagoe’s historical quarter.

It’s a perfect way to surround yourself amidst the culture, crafts and heritage of one of the greater Tokyo region’s most fascinating destinations.
