Balance Ball and Resistance Bands

What will I learn in this class?

This fun, full-body workout combines the core-strengthening benefits of the stability ball with the muscle-toning power of resistance bands. You'll learn how to activate your core and control your posture, how to use resistance bands for strength training, balance and coordination techniques and safe stretching and mobility movements in a safe, supportive environment.

The techniques you learn will help you achieve a stronger core and toned muscles, improved balance and body awareness and increased flexibility and mobility. 

Who will teach this class?

A versatile trainer with more than 25 years of personal coaching of all age groups, Mark McDonald specializes in areas that include power-to-weight ratio enhancement; assisted stretching and suspension training and is a National Federation of Professional Trainers-certified personal trainer.
