Learn to balance the salty, sweet, sour and spicy flavors of Thai cuisine with this hands-on, two-part class.
The first class menu features red curry chicken, beef salad and mango sticky rice.
The second class menu consists of spring rolls, chicken and galangal soup and pineapple fried rice.
You will learn about Thai ingredients, how to pound a curry paste, how to easily roll spring rolls and how to make a coconut-based soup, among other things.
Easy to follow recipes allow you to recreate the dishes at home.
Lunch is included.
Instructor
Jeannine Law-Smith is currently a teacher at the Matsuda Michiko Cooking School in Ebisu. After moving to Asia almost 15 years ago, she learned Thai and Vietnamese cuisine from top cooking schools in those countries and has extensive experience teaching in Singapore.
