Fresh ingredients are at the heart of Vietnamese cooking.
The class menu includes fresh spring rolls, grilled lemongrass beef and glazed pumpkin.
Using healthy, fresh herbs, we will roll spring rolls, grill beef marinated in a lemongrass chili sauce and learn how to make glazed pumpkin using caramel sauce, tamarind juice and sesame.
Easy to follow recipes are included for you to recreate the dishes at home.
Lunch is included.

Jeannine Law-Smith is currently a teacher at the Matsuda Michiko Cooking School in Ebisu. After moving to Asia almost 15 years ago, she learned Thai and Vietnamese cuisine from top cooking schools in those countries and has extensive experience teaching in Singapore.
