The bounty of America’s Pacific Northwest takes center stage at American Bar & Grill and Traders’ Bar this month.
In addition to fresh seafood like grilled salmon and snow crab, the inspired menu features Traders’ Bar’s mac ’n’ cheese, baked with Oregon craft beer, smoked bacon and a blend of four cheeses.
“I grew up fishing and crabbing in Seattle, so a lot of this menu was inspired by my childhood,” says the Club’s senior chef de cuisine, Scott Kihara.
“You have the seafood, but also seasonal summer items, such as seared scallops, apples—a staple of Washington State—and corn and asparagus.”
Meanwhile, Traders’ will captivate drinkers with a lineup of exceptional craft beers and wines and Washington and Oregon.
