American Bar & Grill celebrates the epicurean trends of craft beers and artisan burgers with a weekend menu of seven gourmet burgers.

    Sesame bun, lettuce, onion, tomato and Brooklyn brine pickles
    Recommended craft pairing: IPA
  • Texas Ranger ¥2,500
    Topped with slices of house-smoked brisket, barbecue sauce, iceberg lettuce and fresh tomato
    Recommended craft pairing: stout, amber ale
  • Cajun Burger ¥2,300
    Spice-rubbed and topped with an onion ring, Cajun rémoulade, iceberg lettuce and fresh tomato
    Recommended craft pairing: brown ale, saison
  • Big Bleu ¥2,400
    8oz (225g) ground sirloin, topped with iceberg lettuce, warm Danish blue cheese, sautéed mushrooms and fried shallots

  • Buffalo Chicken Burger ¥1,900
    Hyuga chicken breast, buffalo hot sauce, Danish blue dressing, lettuce and celeriac slaw

    Warm snow crab patty with Old Bay aïoli, coleslaw and fresh tomato
