Splash!, the Club’s rooftop café, comes alive during a Cuban-inspired night of hip-swiveling music, minty-fresh cocktails provided by Rum Malecon and a varied menu from the grill.
The themed menu features barbecue staples including hamburgers, creole chicken, Caribbean-fried fish and spicy shrimp, as well as vegetarian options and salads.
