Beat the Reps

Challenge yourself this month and win prizes by working the most dumbbell reps in three exercises: chest press, dead row and squats.


Contestants record their reps in all three exercises, with a two-minute rest between each exercise, once a week.

The dumbbell weight for each contestant should be 20 percent of their body weight (rounded up).

Total reps for each contestant will be tallied at the end of the month and prizes will be awarded to the top male and female participants.

Notify Fitness Center staff before conducting each weekly challenge.
