The Club launched its new, much-anticipated website on January 27.
Developed with Netwise, a Tokyo-based creative agency, the site is packed with first-time features, including an online shopping function and a Member-to-Member social network.
"The Club’s fantastic new website lets our Members explore the Club's huge range of top-class services and programs while interacting with fellow Members and forging new friendships online. Tokyo American Club is about community and the new site will enhance our Members’ enjoyment of the Club’s facilities, services and community,” said Club President John Durkin.
Newcomers to the site can find out about some of the new functions in a step-by-step guide in Getting Started.
At the Club's Annual General Meeting on November 18, John Durkin was reselected as president (representative governor) after being voted onto the Board of Governors in the Club's annual election.
