Cancellation of Studio Classes
While the Studio is being used as a temporary men's locker room from July 1 to August 31, the following classes will be not be held:
- Salsa, (Monday, 10:45–11:30am)
- RPM (Tuesday, 11:15am–12pm)
- Shaolin Kung Fu (Tuesday, 12:30–1:30pm)
- Flow Yoga (Tuesday, 7–8pm)
- Karate Fitness (Thursday, 8:15–9pm)
- Vinyasa Yoga (Saturday, 10–11am)

Learn the basics of the popular sport at a free session with Club instructor Rico Cheung.
Families (up to four people on the same Club membership) can receive fun, 20-minute lessons on the first Sunday of each month.
With first-timers taking priority, this is an ideal opportunity for singles, couples or whole families to start playing the racket sport together.
