Cancellation of Studio Classes
While the Studio is being used as a temporary men's locker room from July 1 to August 31, the following classes will be not be held:
- Salsa, (Monday, 10:45–11:30am)
- RPM (Tuesday, 11:15am–12pm)
- Shaolin Kung Fu (Tuesday, 12:30–1:30pm)
- Flow Yoga (Tuesday, 7–8pm)
- Karate Fitness (Thursday, 8:15–9pm)
- Vinyasa Yoga (Saturday, 10–11am)

What are the benefits of this class?
Improving stroke technique, speed and endurance training. Each session will log approximately 2km of swimming. Participants should be able to complete long distances and swim 50m on a 1:10 cycle.

Masa Hamanaka–our experienced Japan Swimming Federation-certified swim coach.
